TERMS & CONDITIONS about Wave & Dance Morocco
These Terms & Conditions set forth the agreement between Wave & Dance Morocco (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer") and the individual applying to reserve services (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").
1. Payment
Retreats
All payments for retreats are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Participants may choose between two payment options:
-
Option 1: Pay 100% of the total retreat price upfront at the time of booking.
-
Option 2: Pay 50% of the total retreat price at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% no later than 30 days prior to arrival. This option includes a 10% surcharge on the total retreat price.
Important: If a booking is made less than 30 days before the retreat start date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Option 2 is no longer available after this deadline.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or Revolut
Your booking will only be confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received. Failure to settle the balance within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund.
Classes and Workshops
Full payment is required in advance for all classes and workshops. This payment is 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

It is the Participant's sole responsibility to inform the Organizer of any pre-existing medical conditions prior to booking or participating in any activities.
We strongly recommend that the Participant consults their healthcare provider before engaging in our retreat, especially if they are pregnant or have any pre-existing health concerns. When in doubt, professional medical advice should always be sought.
All activities are undertaken at the Participant’s own risk. The Organizer assumes no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.
3. Risk
All sports and adventure activities involve inherent risks. The Participant is responsible for assessing whether their current health and fitness levels are suitable for safe participation under the prevailing conditions.
In the event of injury, accident, or illness, the Participant agrees to receive necessary medical treatment at their own expense and further agrees to indemnify the Organizer for any associated costs.
4. Cancellation Policy
Should the Participant need to cancel their booking:
-
Retreats: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
-
Classes and Workshops: Full payment is required in advance and is 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
However, up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival for retreats, the booking may be rescheduled for any date within the subsequent 6 months, subject to availability.
For classes and workshops, cancellations or rescheduling are not allowed once payment has been made.
An invoice can be provided for reimbursement through the Participant’s travel insurance provider for retreat bookings.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
We highly recommend that the Participant purchase travel cancellation insurance to safeguard against unexpected changes or cancellations.
The Organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to cancellations, including but not limited to airline tickets, travel delays, flight changes, or illness.
No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled holidays, lessons, or services during the Participant’s stay, due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, injury, or emergencies).
The Organizer does not offer discounts, refunds, or credits for late arrivals, early departures, or missed activities or meals during the retreat.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in response to changes in exchange rates or service fees. Once a booking is confirmed, no further discounts will apply. We are not liable for typographical errors or omissions. Any changes to pricing or services will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
The Organizer retains the right to cancel or reschedule bookings under extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events such as epidemics, storms, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, war, terrorism, or staff illness. In such cases, payments remain non-refundable, but the Participant may choose a new arrival date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability.
